The successful conclusion of the 2021 “Fraternity Youth” Volunteer Service Project Competition of the Red Cross Society of Colleges and Universities in Jiangsu Province, jointly organized by the Red Cross Society of China Jiangsu Branch, Jiangsu Civilization Office, Jiangsu Education Department, Jiangsu Commission of Health, Jiangsu Youth League Committee, Xinhua Daily Media Group and Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation recently came to a successful conclusion. Our university’s Red Cross Society submitted the “Secret Tree Cave - Listen to You” was rated as one of the top 25 provincial support projects and one of the two most popular online projects. Wu Yao, Member of the Youth League Committee of our university, and Su Xingfei, Chairman of the student branch of the Red Cross Society of our university, were rated as Excellent Instructor and Excellent College Student Volunteer, respectively.

During the competition, our university’s Red Cross Society conducted AIDS prevention publicity, doctor interviews, youth AIDS prevention lectures, and other activities, benefiting over 4000 people directly and indirectly in as long as 2100 hours of volunteer service.
