On the afternoon ofNovember 18, in response to the call oftheInternational Affairs Division, all international students attended 2022 China Suqian Green Industry Cooperation Fair atSuqian Convention and Exhibition Center. This social practice is intended for integrating overseas students into Suqian, giving them new insights into Suqian’s advancement, achievements andoutlook, telling Suqian stories well, and making Suqian’s voice heard.

Themed on“Green, Innovation, Progress”, this fair offers international students an all-round, rare glimpse of Suqian’s key sectors likenew materials, high-end textile, green food, green home, electromechanical equipment, high-tech and modern agriculture. The students all admired great strides Suqian has made in such sectors. Indonesian student FRANSISKA METTA said: “This activity gives us a full account of Suqian’s growth. By visiting the exhibition hall, I thoroughly understand Suqian City for the first time. This experience is helpful to my future study and life here.” KOUADIO RANI GUY SERGE-LARCEN from Côte d'Ivoire stated: “This fair embodies Suqian’s concept of green and high-quality growth, as typified by many high-tech products and green agricultural products. I benefit a lot from this activity. A brighter future is awaiting Suqian, and I feel very honored to live in Suqian.”

After the visit, the International Affairs Divisionarranged outward-bound activities for international students. Thisfurtherraised students’consciousness of group, rules and participation, and fostered their enterprisingattitudeand team spirit.
