Applicants for the scholarships shall meet the following conditions:

1. Being International Students who have been admitted to Suqian University;

2. Loving China, abiding by Chinese laws and regulations, and the rules and regulations of Suqian University, being motivated, honest and trustworthy, and having no violations of law, discipline or rules;

3. Studying diligently, working hard and getting good grades;

4. Actively participating in various cultural, sports, public welfare and social practice activities carried out by the University and the School;

5. Complying with Suqian University's charging system, paying payable fees on time, and having no outstanding fees;

6. Not receiving other types of government scholarships in same academic year.
